About the cover:Biopsy shows malignant neoplastic tissue composed of large cells with vesicular nuclei, small to indistinct nucleoli, and abundant amphophilic to eosinophilic cytoplasm. Scattered cells resembling immunoblasts with large eosinophilic nuclei were also noticed. Immunohistochemical staining was positive for epithelial membrane antigen (EMA), vimentin, CD79a, CD138, and CD38.
